Ingredients :
1 dandelion salad
125 gr diced bacon
30 gr butter
salt, pepper and vinegar
Preparation:
Rinse the dandelion salad under running water for a long time.
Thoroughly dry the dandelion and put into a large salad bowl.
Cut the bacon into dices (about 1 cm / 0.4 inch).
Pour some butter into a frying pan and fry the bacon until it becomes brown.
Add a few drop of vinegar to the pan.
Stir it all around and pour the bacon over the dandelion.
Add salt, pepper and vinegar. Turn the salad until everything is coated with oil and vinegar.
