Ingredients :
2 lettuces
50 g French beans
8 tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon ground salt
6 tablespoons olive oil
8 eggs (hard-boiled)
150 ml black olives
275 g tinned tuna fish (in olive oil)
1 tin sardines in olive oil
Preparation:
Wash and dry the 2 lettuces. Put into a large salad bowl.
Add the beans, the sliced tomatoes, salt and olive oil.
Turn the salad until everything is coated with oil and salt. It's easier to turn thed salad with your fingers.
Add all the other ingredients, and again, mix them carefully.
Bring the eggs and olives to the top.
