Ingredients :
2 lettuces
2 Cooked goose giblets
50 g bread (cut into 1 square)
125 g walnuts (shelled)
Walnut oil
Wine vinegar
Preparation:
Put the lettuce into a salad bowl.
Pour some oil into a frying pan and fry the giblets for 3 minutes.
Add the bread cubes, fry until crunchy and golden, and then add the walnuts.
Turn up the heat (do not burn anything).
Add a dash of vinegar to the pan. Still it all around for a second or two.
Pour this hot mixture over the lettuce.
