Ingredients :
6 apples
30 g butter
60 g sugar
1 shortcrust pastry

You might want to serve this dessert with a whipped cream.
This dessert is better when made with slightly acid apples.

Casse-museau or Bourdin apples
Preparation:
Pre-heat the oven at thermostat 6 (180°C / 360°F).
Peel and empty apples without cutting them.
Add a pinch of butter and sugar in the middle of each apple.
Wrap each apple with a rolled-out shortcrust pastry.
Cook in the oven during about 50 minutes.
Serve hot.
