Ingredients :
200 g dessert chocolate bar (plain chocolate)
6 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Comments:
Place the chocolate mousse in the fridge for at least 3 hours
You might prefer using milk chocolate instead of plain chocolate.

Chocolate Mousse
Preparation:
Cut chocolate into small pieces.
Heat in a bain-marie the chocolate with 4 soupspoons of water.
When the mixture is melted, mix it nicely.
Separate the yolks of the eggs from the whites.
Add a pinch of salt in the whites.
Add the yolks to the chocolate.
Add to the chocolate and yolks the stiff egg whites carefully.
