Ingredients :
500g / 1.1 pound strawberries
150 g / 0.33 pound icing sugar
1 juice of a lemon

Strawberrie purée
Preparation:
Wash and dry the strawberries.
In a food mixer, add the strawberries, the juice of a lemon, and the icing sugar.
When this purée is crushed enough, place it in the fridge for about 3 hours.
