Ingredients :
1 kg stewed apples
50 g soft butter
50 g flour
5 soupspoons sugar
Half an orange
2 pinches of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
Comments:
To be eaten piping hot.

Crumble with stewed apples
Preparation:
Peel half of the orange.
Mix Cinnamon, flour, nutmeg butter and sugar in order to have a sandblast consistency.
In a gratin dish, pour the stewed apples mixed with the orange zest.
Add on it your mixture.
Cook in the oven 15 to 20 minutes at thermostat 6 (180°C / 360°F).
