Ingredients :
250 g plain chocolate (72% cocoa)
1 tbsp cream
100 g butter
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp Cointreau
A few tbsp non sweetened bitter cocoa to coat the truffles

These truffles keep well in the bottom of the fridge for about ten days.

Truffles with Cointreau
Preparation:
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a bain-marie.
Remove from heat, add the cream, the butter, knob by knob, then the egg yolks and finally the Cointreau.
Mix thoroughly, then chill in the fridge for 12 hours.
Shape the truffles quickly between your hands. Roll them in the cocoa powder.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until serving.
