Ingredients :

• 250 g plain chocolate (72% cocoa)
• 1 tbsp cream
• 100 g butter
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp Cointreau
• A few tbsp non sweetened bitter cocoa to coat the truffles


Cooking2000's note:
These truffles keep well in the bottom of the fridge for about ten days.

Preparation:


• Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a bain-marie.
• Remove from heat, add the cream, the butter, knob by knob, then the egg yolks and finally the Cointreau.
• Mix thoroughly, then chill in the fridge for 12 hours.
• Shape the truffles quickly between your hands. Roll them in the cocoa powder.
• Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until serving.
