Ingredients :
2 Conférence's pears
200 g blackberry
1 bottle red wine (eg: Côtes du Rhône)
200 g sugar
1 tablespoon honey
4 fresh mint's leaves
1 handful of dried lime-tree's leaves
1 orange

Warm wine with pears and blackberry
Preparation:
In a saucepan, boil the wine with sugar and honey. Flame this mixture.
Add the orange's peel, mint's leaves, dried lime-tree's leaves and pears cut in 4 parts.
Cook for 15 minutes at low flame.
Add the blackberry when you are ready to serve.
