Ingredients :
• 2 Conférence's pears
• 200 g blackberry
• 1 bottle red wine (eg: Côtes du Rhône)
• 200 g sugar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 4 fresh mint's leaves
• 1 handful of dried lime-tree's leaves
• 1 orange

Warm wine with pears and blackberry
Preparation:
• In a saucepan, boil the wine with sugar and honey. Flame this mixture.
• Add the orange's peel, mint's leaves, dried lime-tree's leaves and pears cut in 4 parts.
• Cook for 15 minutes at low flame.
• Add the blackberry when you are ready to serve.
