Ingredients :
800 g potatoes
50 g butter
salt
1 jar (about 250 gr) cancoillotte
Comments:
This recipe was popular in Pesmes and its surrounding areas.
Numerous clockmakers were settled in the area, making quality watches, and they soon were without work as there was very little reparation work. They used to eat this low-cost meal, which was given the name "Clockmaker's chicken."
Should be eaten very hot.
