• 50 g butter
• salt
• 1 jar (about 250 gr) cancoillotte
Comments:
• This recipe was popular in Pesmes and its surrounding areas.
• Numerous clockmakers were settled in the area, making quality watches, and they soon were without work as there was very little reparation work. They used to eat this low-cost meal, which was given the name "Clockmaker's chicken."
