Ingredients :
1 jar (about 250 g) cancoillotte cheese
1 Morteau sausage (sold in France)
8 potatoes
salt and pepper
Comments:
This disk should be eaten piping hot.
Serve with a green salad.

Morteau sausage with cancoillotte
Preparation:
Cook the sausage in water for 45 minutes.
Peel and cube the potatoes and sauté them.
Heat the cancoillotte in a pan.
Put the potatoes and the sliced sausage on a hot serving platter and cover with the warm cancoillotte.
