• 8 potatoes
• salt and pepper

Preparation:


• Cook the sausage in water for 45 minutes.
• Peel and cube the potatoes and sauté them.
• Heat the cancoillotte in a pan.
• Put the potatoes and the sliced sausage on a hot serving platter and cover with the warm cancoillotte.
