• 6 eggs
• 50 gr of butter
• Salt and pepper

Preparation:


• Melt the cancoillotte in already melted butter on low heat.
• When it becomes very fluid, scramble the six eggs in the same pot.
• Cook a few minutes until the eggs are done.
• Add salt and pepper.
