Ingredients :

• 1 large cucumber
• 1 tablespoon cooking salt
• 1 pinch finely chopped chervil
• 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
• 6 tablespoons oil

Preparation:


• Peel a cucumber, split it in 2 parts. Remove the seeds, and cut each half in thin slices.
• Marinate the slices of cucumber with one tablespoon cooking salt. Gently turn the cucumber until everything is coated with salt.
• About 3 hours later, strain them. Season cucumber with chopped chervil, vinegar, and oil.
