Ingredients :
1 large cucumber
1 tablespoon cooking salt
1 pinch finely chopped chervil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
6 tablespoons oil

Cucumber in marinade
Preparation:
Peel a cucumber, split it in 2 parts. Remove the seeds, and cut each half in thin slices.
Marinate the slices of cucumber with one tablespoon cooking salt. Gently turn the cucumber until everything is coated with salt.
About 3 hours later, strain them. Season cucumber with chopped chervil, vinegar, and oil.
