Ingredients :
10 big mushrooms
2 soupspoons olive oil
60 g bacon
60 g sausage meat
salt, pepper
parsley
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
30 g bread-crumbs

Stuffed Mushrooms
Preparation:
Peel about ten big mushrooms and place them heads turn over in a fried pan.
Add 2 soupspoons olive oil.
Yellow over a slow heat your mushrooms.
Mince the stalks of the mushrooms with the bacon and the sausage meat, salt, pepper and add an entire egg.
Mix everything with a bite of parsley and a clove of minced garlic.
Insert the stuff in each hollow of the mushrooms.
Sprinkle them with bread-crumbs.
Put the mushrooms in a dish and cook them in the oven 20 minutes.
