Ingredients :
1 jar (about 250 g) Cancoillotte
800 g potatoes
60 g butter
Salt and pepper
Comments:
To be eaten very hot.
Serve with a green salad.

Roasted potatoes covered with cancoillotte
Preparation:
Steam the potatoes (approximately 20 minutes).
Peel and slice them.
Melt the butter in a pan and roast the potatoes.
Add salt and pepper.
While the potatoes are cooking, slowly warm the cancoillotte.
Put the potatoes covered with the cancoillotte on a warm serving platter.
