Ingredients :
Fresh spinach
150 g fresh cream
25 g butter
Salt and pepper
Comments:
Spinach can be served with different kind of meats such as Veal, Beef or Pork.
Fried croutons with butter can be served with spinach.

Preparation:
Wash the spinach.
Cook your fresh spinach 5 minutes in boiled water.
Plunge them into cold water, strain them and mince them.
Reheat your spinach with a bite of butter, salt and pepper.
Add half glass of fresh cream.
