Ingredients :
1 entire rabbit, cut into pieces by your butcher
60 g butter
salt, pepper
2 glasses white wine
125 g fresh mushrooms
minced parsley
1 shallot

The French word Chasseur means Hunter.

Rabbit Sauté Chasseur
Preparation:
Brown the pieces of the rabbit with butter, salt and pepper.
Pour 2 glasses white wine, and add fresh mushrooms.
Cover and let it gently cooked for 35 minutes.
Remove the meat from the heat and add minced parsley with shallot, tarragon.
Cover again your meal for 15 minutes, without let it boiled.
Serve your meal.
