Ingredients :
2 large cloves garlic
stale bread, soaked in water
2 red chillies (small one)
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
Comments:
This sauce is used with fish soup.

Rouille Sauce
Preparation:
Squeezed out the bread into the size of a large walnut.
Grind the chopped garlic.
Add the nut of bread and the chopped chillies. Crush until very smooth.
Whish in the olive oil. At the end, the mixture should look like a smooth red mustard
