2 egg yolks
45 cl olive oil
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation:
Crush the garlic. With a whisk, stir in the 2 egg yolks.
Drizzle the olive oil until you have a thick yellow mayonnaise.
Stir in the lemon juice and add salt and pepper according to your taste.
