Ingredients :
6 large eggs
125 gr of fresh mushrooms cut into small pieces (diced)
A knob of butter
Salt, pepper

Mushroom Omelette
Preparation:
In a pan, melt the butter and add the mushrooms.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook the mushrooms until they turn brown.
Strain the mushrooms.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add the strained mushrooms to the eggs.
Add a knob of butter to the pan, which should be spread every over the surface of the pan as it melts.
The omelette should be cooked over a high heat.
Add the eggs and the mushrooms to the pan (Cooking time is 2 to 3 minutes).
