• 50 cl hot milk
• 1 pinch of grated nutmeg

Preparation:


• Melt the butter and stir in the flour.
• Cook gently for 2 to 3 minutes without burning.
• Then, add 1 glass hot milk.
• Simmer gently for 20 minutes.
• Turn until thickening of the sauce.
• Add salt, pepper and a pinch of grated nutmeg.
