Ingredients :
60 g butter
3 tablespoons flour
50 cl hot milk
1 pinch of grated nutmeg
salt, pepper

Béchamel Sauce
Preparation:
Melt the butter and stir in the flour.
Cook gently for 2 to 3 minutes without burning.
Then, add 1 glass hot milk.
Simmer gently for 20 minutes.
Turn until thickening of the sauce.
Add salt, pepper and a pinch of grated nutmeg.
